Processing & transit
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted partners. Please allow 7–21 business days from order confirmation for delivery. Some items may arrive separately; you’ll receive tracking links as each shipment goes out. -
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply—watch our homepage banner for details. -
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days or arrives damaged, email us at support@louxstyle.com with your order number so we can investigate and make it right.
Returns
1. Return window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, in their original packaging.

3. How to start a return

Unless otherwise instructed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship your item to:

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know in your request and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorization—unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
4. Inspection & refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@louxstyle.com. We’ll evaluate and resolve it—typically by issuing a prepaid label and sending a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final-sale clothing & accessories
Any items marked “Final Sale” at checkout—including sale-priced garments, bags, jewelry, and other accessories. -
Custom & personalized pieces
Made-to-order or monogrammed products (bespoke embroidery, custom prints, fit alterations). -
Underwear & intimates
All bras, underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel. -
Gift cards
Digital or physical gift cards. -
Digital products & services
Downloadable style guides, e-books, virtual styling sessions, or any other digital/consultation offerings.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original order for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, no justification needed. Follow the same process above; items must meet the same eligibility criteria.
